The sculpture does this by ‘gathering’ visual information and then replays them at random times. The sculpture is composed of a ‘Keyhole’ sarcophagus that houses an electronic ‘brain’ sculpture. The brain sculpture has cameras for eyes and a video monitor that represents the ‘consciousness’ that pre-recorded memories are played back on. This sculpture was commissioned for the 2002 Bellevue Sculpture Exposition.
